Belt Buckle Circa 1900
Belt buckle in guilloché and enameled metal Louis XVI style, circa 1900 period Curved shape with inward corners, complete with its hanging loop. Radiant guilloche surface enhanced with a hand-painted decoration of a flowered basket suspended from a Louis XVI style ribbon. Soft colors of pink, green and mauve, gold highlights bordering the cartridge. Note: beautiful translucent surface enamel which gives a lot of depth. Very good general condition.
