Birds Box, Swiss Carved Wood, Late 19th

Pretty carved light wood box, end of 19th century, inside lined from fawn velvet. An old, forgotten wooden log houses two birds, a moorhen and a sparrow in nicely decorated decor of bark, tufts of grass, foliage.
Lid opens with a push button. Fairly good condition, a poorly done facelift to the beak of the bird above, a little too visible gluing on one wing... Dimensions = 19cm x 14cm x 15cm.
