Empire period miniature portrait made in gouache. A gentleman is represented in bust and three-quarter view. His gaze is piercing, a few strands of hair fall on his forehead and he has sideburns. He is dressed in a dark jacket, white shirt and lace frill. This portrait is presented in a large natural wood frame with an animated shape. Miniature signed on the right side: Chablin? and dated 1807. 13.5 X 12.5cm with its frame Good condition.
