Floor Lamp Torchère, Bolster In Golden Wood Napoleon III - Louis XVI
Very high and elegant richly carved gilt wood torchiere. Placed on four flattened ball feet, the square base cut out with projections supports four curved square section feet decorated with scrapers, carved acanthus leaves and knots of olive foliage. The slender central barrel is decorated on its four sides with carved acanthus and oak leaves. The top of the torchiere - harness is made up of a circled urn with flat gadroons supported by four stylized acanthus leaves.
