Ancient Medicine: French Box Of Pneumatic Suction Cups, 19th Century

A set of medical suction cups in one late 19th century walnut box. The nickel-plated set is complete with three original glass suction cups, their release valves with butterfly clamping, a hand pump and the original transfer hose. A lamp for heating too. Hose and pump connected to a suction cup created an air vacuum on the patient's skin. We then closed the valve, and we moved on to a second suction cup. (so-called dry cupping method) .
No mark, typical instrument from the end of the 19th century or circa 1900, original walnut box.
