The poster concerns the silent short film from 1916 "Dranem in love with Cleopatra". Charles Armand Ménard dit Dranem (anacyclic), is a French singer and entertainer. His repertoire of incongruously humorous and often scabrous songs made him one of the most popular café-concert stars of the Belle Epoque.
