This Napoléon III fireplace was made in the late nineteenth century of Belgian Noir de Mazy and the detached, massive columns are made of a vivid, orange-red Bréche de Sanguine. A perfect match. The panelled frieze is highlited by façet-lozenges. These warm-vivid colors gives a great movement to this huge fireplace. Noir de Mazy is one of the finest Belgian marbles, black as black can be.
