Japonist Crystal Cup By Baccarat For Eugène Rousseau

A thick, slightly amber crystal Japonist cup with polychrome and gilt enamel decoration painted in relief.
Chased and gilded bronze mount decorated with branches and flowers.
France, circa 1880, unsigned, by Baccarat (referenced object) for Eugene Rousseau (1827-1890).

Very good condition with some slight scratches on the bottom of the bowl, beautiful gilding, enamels in very good condition, consistent with age and period (see photographs)
