Pretty pair of decorative dishes in Old Paris porcelain, entirely hand painted. The borders are scalloped and embellished with a beautiful relief enhanced with fine gold. The wing of each dish is decorated with eight charming bouquets each composed of two roses and linked together by flower stems forming a garland. The center of the basin is decorated with a multicolored bird surrounded by polychrome and gold branches. Beautiful achievement from the middle of the 19th century, the colors have remained bright, only note a very slight wear to the gilding given the age of these porcelains.
