Pair Of Bronze Candlesticks, Restoration Period - Early Nineteenth
Pair of finely chiseled gilt bronze candlesticks from the Restoration period. They consist of cylindrical shafts surmounted by chalices and bobèches decorated with plant motifs such as bulbs and acanthus leaves. The base consists of three lion's paws resting on a triangular base with concave sides. These delicately worked candlesticks will dress up the table that will be theirs.
