"Important Cup In Alabaster And Bronze, Antique Inspiration - Late Nineteenth"
Important alabaster cup with Sienna red tones on a gray white background, cylindrical in shape and hollowed out in a bowl. It has two generous bronze handles in the “thong” spirit. We find on each of them, two macaroons with ancient female and male figures, reminiscent of that of the helmeted man present in the center of the cup. The latter rests on an ornate bronze pedestal. A cut with natural materials, ideal in a living room or dining room decoration.******
Period: Late 19th century.
