Object description :

"Pair Of Wigs Holders Decor Arte Povera 1st Half Of The Nineteenth Century"
Pair of wigs in glass decorated way Arte Povera: beautiful Chinese decor.
these two wig holders are composed of two spheres resting on supports in the shape of a baluster vase, the whole is decorated in the manner of Arte Povera.
a very nice Chinese decor in paper cut colorful and glued: Chinese motifs, birds, flowers and vegetation with foliage flowers on a pale blue painted background.
small flakes and some gaps in the necks of vases baluster, a few times of paint and a crack on one of the two vase look good photos, thank you.
This is a rare pair of wig holders very nicely decorated, we see almost more because of their fragility.
