Amusing Polychrome Terracotta Group, Caricature, Alfred Le Petit Collection, 19th Curiosa

Very fun terracotta group. The terrace, oval in shape marrying the drapery of the lady, presents two figures. The man helping the lady "to wear panties". The whole is delicately polychrome, with unfortunately some lacks (clearly visible in my photos). Below, the title of the scene, and the mention of the collection of Alfred Le Petit, renowned 19th century cartoonist. Nice curious object and part of the curiosa collection.
French working probably dating from the middle of the 19th century, curious and authentic item!
Overall good condition, no break, no flaw, however, a lack of polychromy in various places, clearly visible in my detailed photos
