Table In Solid Walnut, Louis XIV Style - Late Nineteenth

This solid walnut table features a miter-framed top with a single plank in the center. Its perimeter is molded and carved with small motifs. The front has a drawer with a brass handle and in the center an entrance with a key that activates a lock in perfect working order. All of these items are original. The belt is embellished with a small blackened throat with symmetrical shapes. The whole rests on four cutaway legs. In the lower part, a cut-out spacer connects this base. This is decorated in its center with an element reminiscent of the moldings and cut sides mentioned above. This furniture with pronounced geometric lines will appeal in particular with its warm hue.
