LEUVEN (LOUVAIN) 18th. Silver sugar bowl from the Louis XVI period. Belgian work. Circa 1780. By master goldsmith JOANNES BAPTISTA JOSEPHUS WALGRAVE. Model with fluted shaft and surmounted by three caryatids. Interior container in pompom (golden copper) is removable. Legible hallmark: goldsmith and city. The spoons are reported, they are all 18th. Hallmarks of Liège and Brussels. Good condition. Height: 20 cm Total weight: 667 gr
