A Pair Of White Opaline. Second Part Of 19th Century.

A large pair of baluster-shaped vases in white enameled opaline, decorated with polychromatic flowers highlighted with gilded arabesques on the base and rim. Each vase presents a different floral decoration: one with roses, tulips, peas of scent while the other vase presents fuchsias, roses, bindweed. This floral composition takes up the floral decors painted in vitrified colors developed by the painter Jean-François Robert. The neck and foot of each vase are adorned with motifs of lambrequins and gold bands.
