Pretty gilt bronze clock with allegorical decoration, Empire period, this clock preserved under its blown glass globe and its original mahogany veneer base has been able to preserve itself from the vagaries of time, the gilding has not suffered any damage and is completely original, the movement is also functional. French work circa 1805. Note: Original key & pendulum. A trimming cord forms the joint between the mahogany base and the globe. A beautiful clock in more than perfect condition!
