Beautiful Red Staircase Ball, Blown-cut Crystal, 19th Century

Beautiful ball banister from the end of the 19th century, complete, with lower thread.
It is in blown crystal, lined with a layer of red, and cut of discs, as well as star on top, all this giving it a luminous kaleidoscopic effect.
The ball has been in use for one hundred years and is still in good condition. A scratch, (photo), and hidden in the lower ring: 2 small chips. (Photo). Ball: 9.2cm diameter, height with foot: 16cm. Weight: about 700gr.
