Beautiful chest of drawers from the Louis XVI Directoire period in speckled mahogany veneer, ebony fillet, brass inlays. With fluted uprights, it opens with 3 large drawers, rests on top feet. It is topped with a molded turquin blue marble. Clover locks. Late 18th century, circa 1790-1800. Our chest of drawers is a very refined Parisian production in the style of Molitor or attributable to Molitor.
