Etnie Bamoun (cameroon) : "pipe Burner"

Bamoun ethnic group, Cameroon: “Pipe bowl”, terracotta 14 X 8 X 9 cm. Using the characteristic iconography of the Bamoun or Bamun masks with big cheeks, this stove is in very good condition, but does not have the tube which must have been vegetable and removable. It comes, like many objects that I will present soon, from the estate of an old Pau collection. This great amateur who lived and traveled all around the world had amassed on the four levels of his house objects from all over the world in order to satisfy his insatiable curiosity… Do not hesitate to ask us for photos or additional information by email or telephone. Other photos and many other objects in our shops in Pau and Biarritz and on our website: galerielhoste.com.
