Octave Larrieu (1881-1965) Simone Larrieu (1912-1996)
Octave Larrieu and his daughter Simone work together in their ceramic workshop near Tarbes in the Pyrenees. They practice sandstone and earthenware, the painted or relief decorations of which are applied from designs by Simone Larrieu. Painter, pastellist, Simone Larrieu is a member of the association La Palette and decorator on ceramics. It is she who provides most of the decorations for the family workshop.
