Charles Schneider (1881-1923) was a French master glassmaker of Art Deco, pupil of Jean Daum in Nancy and creator of the art glass label "Le verre français" with his brother Ernest Schneider (1877-1937) Founded in 1913, the success of the company is met with creations sold all over the world and has 500 employees in 1925.
