Napoleon III Console In Lacquered And Gilded Wood
Elegant 19th century wall console from the Napoleon III period with a half-moon-shaped structure in finely carved, lacquered and gilded wood with a slightly domed facade and curved curved sides. It is animated by a decoration of acanthus leaves, rosettes and neoclassical motifs in a Louis XVI register, the base consists of Ionic columns joined together in the lower part by a spacer decorated with an antique vase flanked by leafy garlands. The top is topped with a superb molded Morello marble in perfect condition. Furniture offered in satisfactory condition, original lacquer showing some lacks and normal wear. Dimensions: 92cm wide X 95cm high X 52cm deep.
