Collectible Cane / Popular Art / Fables De La Fontaine
Interesting finely carved cane evoking 2 fables of the Fountain. The sculpted pommel of the wolf and the lamb and lower down the crow holding a cheese in its beak and unfortunately, missing, the fox which had to stand lower on the cane. I think this cane is solid walnut.
