Pair of polychrome porcelain vases with Imari decoration from the end of the 18th century, adorned with a gilt bronze mount from the 19th century.The decoration of the vases, composed of chrysanthemums and decorated with traditional blue and red colors on a white background, remains very elegant. The composition is slightly different from one vase to another.
The base and the inner edge of the collar are adorned with a Louis XVI style chiseled and gilded bronze frame, composed of a torus of laurels. The bronzes are finely chiseled and they are embellished with a very beautiful gilding which has just been cleaned.
The texture of the porcelain has minor imperfections: pitting of the enamel, indentations, small fel of cooking, hair at the base on one of them.
