"Diorama XIXth Egyptian Scene"
Superb and rare 19th century diorama representing a scene of everyday life in Egypt. Presented in an original wooden display case, we see in the foreground ducks on a stream, a woman holding a jug and an old man with a cane in his hand. In the background on a mound, a child is sheltered in a tent in front of which is a young woman lighting the fire under a cauldron. The whole of a great realism is very well decorated with palm trees, animals, foliage ..... The background is decorated with a painting with palm trees and landscapes of pyramids. The very decorative set is in excellent condition. Rare object of curiosity.
