Birth around 1860 in Bordeaux.
He is an artist on whom there is little documentation.
Probably related to Alfred Godchaux, (maybe the son), the two artists work on the same themes.
It is also thought to come from the same family as the animal sculptor Roger Godchaux.
He sells his paintings in public places.
Émile Godchaux died in 1938.
