Beautiful portico pendulum from the Louis XVI period. In white and black marble, it rests on a rectangular base with projections, foliage and spinning feet in gilded bronze. Uprights with flat columns enhanced with garlands of flowers, friezes of pearls, lyres and quiver wrapped. Enamelled dial with Arabic numerals for the hours and quarter hours signed Hartemann in Paris. It is surmounted by a fire pot with a garland of flowers and surrounded by lyres with vine leaves. Alabaster medallions and pendulum in the sun. Finely chiseled openwork needles. Period late 18th century. Guaranteed movement revised by a professional watchmaker.
