Superb porcelain biscuit bust of the young Louise Brongniart (1772-1845) after the marble sculpted by Jean Antoine Houdon. This cookie was produced by the Villenauxe factory at the end of the 19th century. The Louis XVi fluted column base highlights this lovely sculpture. Very good condition, some micro chips on the base included in plaster. Very decorative bust. Period XIX th century.
