Louis XIV Period Pediment Mirror In Carved And Gilded Oak Wood, Early 18th Century
Lovely little mirror in carved and gilded oak wood from the Louis XIV period. Bérain-style carved frame with acanthus, shells and interlacing. This mirror is decorated with a very beautiful openwork pediment with a basket of flowers and birds. The very shiny gilding must surely have been resumed in the 19th century, likewise it does not seem to me that the ice is mercury, but I did not open the back of the parquet flooring. Louis XIV period, early 18th century. Delivery by carrier, 80 euros in France, 150 euros in the EU and 300 euros rest of the world.
