A thin silver buckle at the bottom of her panties underlines social well-being.
Portrait dated 1784, **signed P.Tomire for Pierre Thomire - (the family spelling of Thomire is Tomire on verified genealogical records) -, godfather of Pierre Philippe Thomire, the bronze sculptor.
