Richly ornamented with sphinx decorations, masks and palmettes, snake-decorated handle.

Hallmarks:
Paris, 1st title, 1819-1838 (old man).
Big Guarantee.
Silversmith illegible.
Association of Parisian silversmiths.

Engraved with a bowl of Hygieia, the ewer belonged to a pharmacist probably.
Marked with an initial: B.
