Clock in gilt bronze and black patinated bronze depicting a young sailor (with sulphide eyes) leaning on a cotton ball and holding the rope of an anchor. She has a watch movement signed RIGAUD in Geneva (active in 1780 becomes Rigaud et Cie in 1810) The project of this model was deposited in Paris by the bronzier MICHEL in August 1808. We find this model page 66 of the book of the François DESBERG Museum in MONS (Belgium)
