Sober, elegant, in excellent state of conservation. This pair of armchairs came to us with its garniture and 18th century cover, proof that they have always been kept in careful homes. Our workshop leached the woods to preserve the eighteenth lacquer and garnished the seats with horsehair on the original straps. Cover in damask silk, finish gallon and forged nails gold-plated.
