"fragment Of Guirlande In Terracotta"
This beautiful fragment is obviously old, but from what era? It reminds me of the entourages of Virgins à L'Enfant that the Dellla Robbia enamelled terracotta made in Siena in the sixteenth century, but whose style continues until today. This is probably an element (see the fasteners fasteners to others on the back) which was to be expected to enamel natural later.
Terracotta rather light, but very heavy. Beautiful dimensions for this very decorative object: 39 X 21 X 10 cm
