Still Life Painting
We are pleased to present this charming still life of fruit. Oil on panel, signed lower left.
The painting is executed on a walnut panel. It could date from the 19th century, probably the early part of the century. I have not been able to find any reference to the artist so far. It is painted in the manner of much earlier Old Masters.
Very nicely framed.
The more I look at it, the more I wonder whether it might actually date from the 18th century.
