Pair Of Bronze Statuettes, 19th Century
A pair of bronze statuettes with a golden patina depicting a couple dressed in 18th-century style. The woman wears a dress with a laced bodice, the skirts of which are adorned with finely chiseled flowers. The man wears a brocaded jacket adorned with a large scarf and a fur cap.
Ink inscriptions on the back of each piece: “Française” beneath the female statuette; “Polonais” beneath the male figurine.
Slight oxidation and wear on the patina.
Good overall condition.
