Vintage Chopard 18k White Gold Diamond Lapis Lazuli Ladies Watch 39.2g

An exceptionally elegant vintage Chopard L.U.C. ladies’ wristwatch, conceived as both a fine timepiece and a sophisticated piece of high jewellery. Crafted throughout in 18K white gold, the watch has a substantial total gross weight of approximately 39.2 grams.

The beautifully proportioned round case is framed by a dramatic halo of 20 round brilliant-cut diamonds, individually set into the white gold bezel. The diamonds provide exceptional brilliance while retaining the refined proportions characteristic of Chopard’s vintage jewellery watches.

At the centre is a particularly attractive natural blue lapis lazuli stone dial, distinguished by its intense ultramarine colour and naturally occurring golden pyrite inclusions. Each lapis dial is inherently unique, giving the watch an individual character that cannot be precisely replicated. The dial is elegantly signed “L.U. Chopard” and “GENEVE” and is complemented by two slender white gold hands.

The case flows seamlessly into an impressive integrated 18K white gold brick-link bracelet, finely constructed from numerous articulated links and finished with an understated brushed texture. This highly flexible bracelet construction allows the watch to sit elegantly around the wrist while giving it the appearance of a luxurious diamond-set bracelet.

A discreet fluted winding crown is positioned at 3 o’clock and operates the traditional manual-wind mechanical movement. The reverse is finished with a plain polished snap-on white gold caseback.

The bracelet terminates in a fold-over ladder clasp bearing the “LUC” Chopard hallmark within a rectangular cartouche together with a “0.750” purity mark for 18K gold.
