Louis XVI-style console table- NAPOLEON III – 19th century, made of rosewood veneer and inlaid withprecious woods, featuring floral and geometric motifs, accented with brassmolding throughout,
Single-door cabinet, withrich decoration featuring a vase of flowers in the frames, arabesques, andscrollwork, set against a geometric background, framed by a brass molding.
Interior revealing twoshelves.
Pilaster-style sides with capitals,turned and fluted columns, adorned with a cascade of gilded bronze, finelychiseled at the junction of the columns and the belt.
The entablature beneath the marble isaccented by a gilded bronze molding that frames the corners, supportinga thick slab of marble that follows the contours and angles of this sideboard.
Resting on round,turned feet shaped like spinning tops
The entire piece is covered withred Saint-Pons marble set into the surface, framed by a brass trim.
