Silver Tea Set With Cloisonné Enamel And The Inscription “priyatnogo Appetita,” Russia.

An elegant silver tea set made in Moscow in 1891, representative of late 19th-century Russian silverwork. The set includes a large serving spoon for jam bearing the decorative inscription “Priyatnogo Appetita,” a tea strainer, and sugar tongs. All pieces are crafted from 88-zolotnik silver and richly decorated with high-quality polychrome cloisonné enamel.

The ornamental design features a refined palette of deep blues, turquoise, purple, and white, forming complex floral and geometric motifs characteristic of the late 19th-century Moscow school. Some surfaces are enhanced with gilding, accentuating the decorative and ceremonial character of the set. The inscription on the spoon lends the object an intimate quality, typical of tableware and the tea culture of the era.

The set is presented in its original wooden case, lined with fabric that precisely follows the shape of each piece, underscoring its status as a complete presentation set.
