Leucos Murano Glass Lamp

An elegant pair of table and bedside lamps produced by Leucos in the 1970s, a true expression of Italian design and the Murano glassmaking craftsmanship of the era. Each lamp features a clean-lined mushroom-shaped structure, consisting of a spherical base and a truncated cone-shaped shade made of blown glass with a milky white coating and a glossy finish, embellished with a double red trim applied by heat along the edges. The opal glass ensures warm, diffused, glare-free lighting, enhanced by the color contrast of the border. Both shades still bear the original label from the Vetri Murano consortium, a guarantee of authenticity and period craftsmanship. The pieces are in excellent vintage condition, intact and free of chips or cracks, with the original, fully functional electrical system.
