Pair Of Longwy Enamel Lamps

A spectacular pair of large Art Deco-style lamps, custom-made using Longwy enamel bases.

The bases feature a striking deep purple enamel, enlivened by an elegant polychrome floral design in shades of pink, red, white, and orange. Their rounded shape and geometric decoration fit perfectly within the Art Deco aesthetic.

The bases have been specially adapted into lamp stands and extended with tall, slender shafts, giving the entire piece particularly decorative proportions.

The large lampshades were custom-made in the Art Deco style. Their bell shape is accentuated by wide scallops of dusty pink fabric, trimmings, beaded fringes, and faceted fuchsia pendants. This meticulous craftsmanship evokes the luxurious creations of the 1920s and 1930s.

When lit, these lamps cast a warm, soft glow, bringing out the full depth of the enamels and the richness of the lampshades.
