Aubusson tapestry titled “La main chaude,” made of wool and silk, from the “Amusements Champêtres” series, produced according to cartoons by *Jean Baptiste Huet, based on those by **Jean Baptiste Oudry, for the Royal Manufactory of Beauvais.In the foreground, four figures are seen playing "hot hand": a young woman seated on a bench and three young men, one leaning back with his hands behind his back and the other two standing. The scene is set in a lush, wooded landscape. The original border is in good condition (resized, with the upper border previously replaced). This tapestry is fully lined and includes its mounting rings.(slight wear)
