An exceptional ring set with a very large oval citrine weighing approximately 14 carats, cut with complex facets that exhibit beautiful brilliance and surrounded by 24 small emeralds totaling approximately 4.8 carats, which highlight the center stone.
The emeralds form a highly original floral border.
Their color creates a particularly striking contrast with the yellow of the center stone.
The setting, featuring plant motifs and foliage, is relatively sophisticated, with numerous emeralds set to lend it originality and luminosity.
The view from below shows that the main stone is well-exposed, with a deep bezel that allows light to enter.
This antique ring is inspired more by traditional jewelry craftsmanship than by simple industrial production.
The fairly high setting has 8 prongs that hold the stone in place and is basket-shaped.
This ring is made entirely of 18K gold, and the eagle-head hallmark is clearly visible on the band (see photos).
