The mount features rich decoration characteristic of the Neoclassical and Empire styles: tritons blowing into a conch shell, laurel wreaths, ribbons, and foliage motifs. The entire piece rests on four small spherical feet adorned with winged motifs.

The cylindrical shaft, made of clear crystal, is framed by gilded bronze bands with finely chiseled decoration. It is topped by an elegant circular lampshade with a radiating design.
