Striking silver-plated bronze fireplace screen with rich neoclassical decoration.
The ornate frame is adorned with beaded friezes and foliage motifs, accented at the corners with rosettes. The upper section is topped by a twisted-handle grip.
The central panel features a remarkable relief decoration consisting of a lion’s head in the center, surrounded by scrolls, foliage, garlands of fruit, and floral ornaments. The lower section is also adorned with foliage scrolls.
The piece rests on two side legs with twisted decoration, ending in arched feet.
A very beautiful decorative piece, particularly richly ornamented, ideal in front of a fireplace or as a decorative element in a classic interior.
