The rocaille decoration is typical of French crystalware from the late 19th–early 20th century.
Lattices, scrolls, branches, stylized flowers: this style is very similar to Baccarat’s productions from the period 1880–1910.
I have conducted research but have not found any documentation that would allow me to attribute these goblets to Baccarat with certainty; the stylistic elements point toward a plausible attribution that is consistent from a stylistic standpoint, but it cannot be confirmed without a Baccarat mark.
