Large Turquoise-green Openwork Woven Ceramic Fruit Basket – 1960s
Large decorative bowl/basket made of glazed ceramic, circular in shape and openwork. The rim features twisted and intertwined elements forming a basket-weave pattern.
The glaze features shades of emerald green, turquoise, blue, and black, with speckled effects on the raised areas. The center features a polychrome glaze in shades of green, blue, and brown.
On the reverse, the piece bears the inscription “Handmade” as well as the number 159.
