A Very Significant "musset" Dinner Service By Bernardaud From Limoges, Dating From The 1950s, Consisting Of 101 Pieces

A very important Limoges porcelain dinner service by the renowned Bernardaud company. This is the highly celebrated “Musset” dinner service, modeled after an antique design from the Sèvres Manufactory; it consists of 100 pieces distributed as follows:
41 dinner plates, 17 dessert plates, 11 soup plates, 1 soup tureen, 1 salad bowl, 2 serving bowls, 2 round platters, 2 sauce boats, 1 small oval platter, 1 large oval platter. A coffee set consisting of: 3 decorative pieces, 9 cups, and 9 saucers.
The set is in like-new condition, with the following exceptions: a small chip on the large oval platter (see photo), a small chip on one dinner plate, and 3 plates with slightly worn gold trim. Everything else is in like-new condition with magnificent gilding.
Plate diameters: dinner plates 24.5 cm, dessert plates 21.5 cm, soup plates 20.7 cm.
