Artist: Jean Napomucène Herman Nast
Jean Népomucène Hermann Nast, born May 13, 1754, in Bad Radkersburg (Styria), Austria, and died March 15, 1817, in Paris, was a French porcelain manufacturer and founder of the eponymous factory. Pair of late 18th-century porcelain plates from the Parisian factory "*Eponyme," depicting an Icelandic ram and an Angora goat in a naive style typical of the late 1700s.
